If you need a referral to another specialist you can now also send us an online request.

You can then come and collect the referral on the next working day at our practice.

Should it be necessary we will then also tell you if you should make an additional appointment at our practice to discuss the results or possible treatment options.

Please be aware that referrals can only be provided if your chip card (Krankenkassenversicherungs-Chipkarte) has already been swiped at our practice within that quarter, so

PLEASE BE AWARE

that should you not have swiped your chip card at our practice within this quarter you will have to bring it along in order to collect your referral. Thank you.
